So before I start, I wanted to share the initial half of the dream I have dreamt before like few years back, but when the dream started I didn't realize that its a repeat dream, and in middle of the dream i realized it. Here is what the dream started as Part 1 : I, with another person (not sure girl or guy ) who is very close to me are walking along a road. This road is the one road from the city where I did my college from 20 years back. This road is sloping downward (slight slope) as the whole city of Kolhapur India is bit hilly. Now there is a thick stone wall along the road like 5 feet and very broad as in people can walk on it. I am my dream friend are walking on it along the road, all of a sudden there a tiger appears behind on the road, the tiger is very blurry but we know there is a tiger on road, as we are walking up on the wall we initally thought we should run but later planned that lets face this tiger and tame it or put it to cage. This is the point where in the dream itself I realized that this is a repeat dream and I have seen this dream. Immediately we started moving on the wall towards the end of the road downhill. This road in real life has a round left turn at the end and thats what we wanted to do, take left at the end of this road. Once left all off a sudden there is a scene change and there are tall houses and this area is Kashmir of India. Its same are as it was in my old dream. Now there is no raised wall and we are walking towards a house on my left just next to 2-3 house after the left turn is the building/house where both of us intend to go. The reason we want to go to this house and especially top floor(3rd floor) is that in my last dream the tiger went up to that room and I caught that tiger and tamed it in that room. We knock on the door of ground floor , its where the owner of that building lives. The owner came out but he was not the same person who I know off from my last dream. Both of us explained him that there is a tiger in the room on top floor, but he didn't believe and told us that no tiger has come here. We explained him the story about the tiger and how we found tiger and tamed it from my last dream but he didn't believe it and said he is not aware if anything like that has happened here ever. Anyways, he finally agreed to show us the top floor, all 3 of us went up and we opened the door. It was the same room which I remeber seeing from my last dream. Its was room of a student, with no beds or furniture, just simple room with study table and chair at one corner and thin mattress on floor, like 6 feet by 3 feet , 3 mattress laid down next to each other against the wall with white and check multicolor bedsheet on it. The door is of metal rusted color but not rusted as you generally find in Kolhapur city. We pushed open the door and saw no tiger, we didn't step in and just from outside holding the door wide open peeped in to check the tiger, anyways the room was not so big so you can't see all corners, its rectangle shaped room. On assurance that there was no tiger, the thrill in our mind faded and we were kind of not thrilled anymore and even slightly upset and we came down. We than just walked 10 steps away from the building, we met someone who recognized us, and told us that how he remebers last time we saved the chaos in the city by taming the tiger in the same very building. Both of us were happy and discussing the same story with this person standing on the road on top of a road small bridge of say 10feet long over a water system more like bridge over a village drain. We were standing at the starting of the bridge itself and talkin. While talking I realized there is a dog trying to seek my attention and constantly scratching and bitting me on my right hand. The bite and scratching is rapid and constant but its not hurting me, its just that it is trying to distract me from talking to this guy, or seeking attention. While till this time I have not looked down, but somehow I can realize its a black dog trying to seek my attention. I am getting irritated and trying to talk to this person to the point I get so much irritated that I look down. I now can see this dog, black in color and some brown path near the tummy area, grown up dog like 3 years old, with nice build body. This dog is little elongated in shape, a breed which I am not aware by name but seen it. (here i want to clarify that I don't have any pets or dog ever, nor do I like to have one ever, also when it comes to dog I am neutral, like I don't hate it but I don't like it as well, also, I hate this elongated dog breed if I compare to other dogs, and many a times when IRL if I have seen this dog walking with owner , I have always wondered why someone would want a dog like this) Anyways coming back to dream, when I look at the dog, I immediately bent on my knees to caress the dog, meanwhile the person told me this dog is the same dog i rescued from the tiger last time, and suddenly i remembered that last time the tiger went up to that room and this cute baby dog was there and I tamed the tiger to save this dog as well and later I played with the dog, I could remeber everything and immediately more affection poured in my heart for this dog. I started hugging the dog and patting and rubbing it hard and the dog was playful and touching and bouncing on me as if all this years he was waiting for me and missing me. I was also wondering how big it has grown from the last time I have seen it. He kept playing with me like a dog who sees its owner after a very long time, I stood up and was very happy to meet this person and dog and later both my freind and I started moving ahead, the dog followed for a little while on the bridge but as the bridge got over dog disappeared and now we are at a new place and new setting in continuation of dream. Part 2 of the dream. Now this happend in continuation to this dream and palce and is not a seperate dream. Here it goes.. We kept walking and we found ourself at the hill of Vaishno Mata mandir (this is a very renowned temple in Kashmir where millions of people go to wish to goddess Vaishno Devi. She is a Goddess who resembels the ultimate power in hindu books and always sits on a tiger in her idol) I am particulary at a place where I have halted IRL in my last IRL visit to Vashino Devi Temple. This is a food joint on the left side of the trek hill. This is a big rectangular basic industrial structure food joint with tin(metal) shades. Now in the dream its also clear that the other person all this while with me was Neha, who is my Girlfriend IRL. we halted here, and than suddenly came to know of a nice restarunt with amazing hill view just above this places, and both of us went there, it was a very difficult and high slope trek and we enjoyed the view but as we wanted to stay and eat there, the staff of this restraunt told us the we can halt near the tin shade and their waiters can server us all we want there, so we cam down, looking at the view. Downward trek we realized that its such a narrow trek with deep george on one side , while the trek was lit with small warm color led lights on small shrubs all along, and many of the waiters crossed us trying to go uphill serving customer where we had to halt and turn sideways to give them the way realizing the trek is too think and risky. Now we have come down and instead of the metal shade building we see there are plastic table chairs right in middle of this cemented trek to Temple so we thought the restraunt staff has arranged a sitting right in middle of the road for us. We sat and ordered, along with us, somehow many of our friends and known people joined us in this dinner. We kept ordering and the waiters would go uphill and bring us the food. For each order they would take 1-2 hours to get the food, but since we were in no hurry and it was fun moment with neha and friends and the group we kept enjoying the food and the beautiful weather. Lastly after meal, I ordered some sweets, but a couple of people said that it will take 1-2 hrs and its time we leave, but I insisted and ordered it saying I ll ask them to be quick, somehow all of us waited for few hours and the waiter didn't come, people started feeling sleepy and I was thinking I can let go of the sweets but still I have to pay for the food etc so anyways we cannot move ahead until we pay so I would need to wait for the waiter to come atleast for the payment. Looking at everyone being sleepy and tired, I asked everyone including Neha to go inside the building, the metal shade one and sleep and as soon as I get the sweets I will come and wake you up. Everyone went to sleep. I waited for hours there but no one turned up. it was almost early morning like 4AM and I have already be waiting from night. I started walking to and fro now as it was morning and I was bored of waiting but was sure that the person will come. While walking to and fro a person came, he looked local Jammu person, we were talking, meanwhile there was a smoke shop next to this building where everyone was sleeping, I felt the need to smoke, as in my dream also I am aware that I have quit smoking for a very long time like 1-2 years. Yet I bough a cigerette from this shop, thin brown color and lit it. I felt like I should not smoke, but then felt like what the heck, and soon I was half the way for the cigerette the person appears from far off getting me a sweet in a tray, I took the sweet paid him for the entire dinner, it was early morning now, cloudy and little lit but no sunlight, I woke up everyone, there were somehow out SUVs which we rented next to the smoke shop, we all sat in the car, everone was like sleep walking in a way when you forcefully wake up people to do something like that only. And this is when the dream ends and I wake up
Dreams can often be complex, layered experiences that reflect our subconscious thoughts, emotions, and life situations. Let’s explore the elements of your dream and what they may symbolize: ### **Key Themes and Symbols:** 1. **Repetition of the Dream:** - The realization that you are experiencing a repeat dream might indicate unresolved issues or feelings from your past that still linger in your mind. It could suggest a need for closure or a reminder of lessons learned. 2. **The Road from College:** - Walking on a familiar road may symbolize nostalgia and a reflection on your formative years. It can denote a journey of self-discovery or a return to your roots, examining your personal growth since that time. 3. **The Tiger:** - Tigers often symbolize power, fear, or some form of inner struggle. Your decision to confront and tame the tiger suggests courage and a willingness to face challenges in your life. It may represent confronting fears or taking control of a situation that feels threatening. 4. **The Houses in Kashmir:** - Kashmir is often associated with beauty, peace, and spirituality in dreams. The journey to the house, especially with the intention of taming the tiger, may suggest a desire to find peace or reconciliation with past experiences. 5. **The Black Dog:** - Dogs in dreams can symbolize loyalty, intuition, or companionship. In your case, the dog’s initial irritation may represent distractions or issues in your life that require attention. The transformation of your feelings toward the dog from indifference to affection suggests a growing acceptance of something you previously resisted or ignored in your life. 6. **The Vaishno Mata Mandir:** - This temple holds significant cultural and spiritual meaning, representing devotion and the seeking of blessings. Finding yourself there may symbolize a quest for spiritual guidance or a sense of higher purpose. The goddess on a tiger may connect back to your earlier challenges (the tiger) and suggest finding strength through faith or spiritual practices. 7. **The Dining Experience:** - The delay in receiving food and waiting with friends represents patience, social connection, and possibly the anticipation of rewards in your life. This could signify enjoying life’s moments and the importance of relationships, despite frustrations along the way. 8. **The Cigarette:** - Smoking after a period of quitting might indicate temptation or a desire to return to old habits. This can serve as a metaphor for situations in your life where you may feel torn between past behaviors and personal growth. ### **Overall Interpretation:** Your dream suggests a complex interplay between facing fears, nostalgia, personal growth, and social connections. The repeated elements point to unresolved feelings from your past, while your interactions with the tiger and dog denote a journey of acceptance and emotional growth. The scene at the temple symbolizes your quest for inner peace, and the dining experience showcases the value of community and patience in life. In essence, this dream seems to be about embracing your past, confronting your fears, nurturing relationships, and seeking spiritual fulfillment. It invites you to reflect on what aspects of your life require attention and healing, while also celebrating the connections and experiences that have shaped you. If you have ongoing themes in your waking life that align with these elements, consider how they might inform your daily choices and emotional well-being.
